You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Done99 may require documentary evidence to confirm any detail at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. Done99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify Done99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Accounts on Done99 may be operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where this option is available in the Cashier. Currency availability is subject to change. Once a currency is selected and the first deposit is made, it may not be changed without closing and re-registering the Account, subject to eligibility.
Done99 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including — but not limited to — before processing a first withdrawal, upon reaching a specified transaction threshold, or in response to a security review. KYC compliance is a condition of continued account operation.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by Done99 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, restriction of account functionality, or permanent account closure. All deposits made to a Done99 Account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Done99 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or void any deposit that does not comply with this requirement.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is met. Where an active bonus is applied to an Account, a maximum single-bet or spin limit applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit is specified per promotion.
Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category (e.g., slots, live casino, table games) is specified in the promotion terms. Zero-contribution games do not count toward rollover fulfilment regardless of stake size.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused or uncleared bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period without compensation.
